Pliska blew out his ACL a while back and gave up soccer and long distance running. Surfing suits me just fine now. F'n Livingston and kayaks collecting dust. I'd love to join but I'll be down in SD for a surf camp with my daughter.

not that it isn't a sewer down there most of the time anyhow... but, are we concerned about the heightened bacteria levels of inner cabrillo?

I heard about that yesterday
the warning I saw was for Cabrillo inner beach, Malibu lagoon at surfrider, Ballona creek at Dockweiler, mothers beach marina Del Rey, Santa Monica pier?
Don't those beaches always have a higher bacteria level?
Besides who actually eats halibut from the harbor

i would guess that cherry beach or 72nd street might be an option, but i vote lets just fish cabrillo...
